NWOT Hilary MacMillan Tie-Belt Dress

This piece is *I believe* a sample dress, by no other than amazing Toronto designer Hilary MacMillan. Colour is black (don't let the photos make you think otherwise!). Brand new, never worn. Bought directly from the designer. This is a unique dress with beautiful front pleats at the bust. Shape is reminiscent of a kimono, in my opinion. You can leave on or remove the belt, which you can tie whichever way you'd like. Zip at the back. Shoulder to hem is approx. 46 inches. Size is XS.
