NWOT How Bazaar Peasant Blouse - O/S

This lovely lightweight peasant blouse can be worn off shoulder or on shoulder. It has a roomy design so is labeled one size fits all. Elastic neckline with small tie as well as tie at waistline. It’s perfect for summer ! I purchased it in Prince Edward Island at a local store called ‘How Bazaar’. I removed the tag to wash but it has never been worn. It is a cream/tan colour. Pit to pit - 26 inches Length - 18 inches (with tie)
