@aoneil4 The bust is approximately 19.5 inches across, laying flat and unstretched. The waist is much more subjective given the elastic, as it's meant to conform to your figure. Laying flat with no elastic whatsoever, it's approx. 13.5". The elastic allows it to be stretched to 19" or more. Hope this helps! ❤️
