NWOT Jacob peplum cocktail dress lace overlay with removable straps

Never worn, can be worn with straps or strapless, thick and stretchy material holds everything in, there is a small bit of boning at the two bust seams for structure, could wear without a bra if desired. Super stunning, I just don’t have a fancy event to wear it to! Lined and the lining is stitched in at the bodice, and sits loose in the skirt. A perfect bodycon style dress for someone who is conscious of their tummy. Hard to describe the fabric but it’s kind of like a thick pointe with lace texture. There is a rubbery line along the inside at the top as well to hold in place.
