Sorry for the late response....so measurements from the empire waist to hem is aprox 25.5”, 29” at waistline or at bust seam elastic not stretched, stretched it’s about 40” (there is elastic at the back & bustline. Cup size I would GUESS it’s a b/c at least,but honestly just depends on how much coverage you want.Straps are adjustable so the length can be adjusted!
