NWOT Joie Avari Silk Bell Sleeve Dress XS

Fit-&-flare silk dress with floral print and bell sleeves. Split round neck. Three-quarter bell sleeves. Hidden side zipper. Lined. I love this dress but the sleeves are tight around my arms. I would suggest this for someone with slender arms. I have biceps and it’s tight. New condition but missing tag. Just wrinkled from storage. No odours.
