NWOT Jules & Leopold cropped dresspants, size S, blue floral

Tried on, in perfect condition. Stretchy inner waistband helps keep shirts tucked in and looks nicely fitted without a belt. Fabric has lots of stretch to it. Really pretty blue and cream floral pattern.
