NWOT ⭐️ LULUS/TOBI Formal Dress

NWOT tags tobi dress. Was meant for a formal but never ended up using it. Was too short on me, I’m 5’4” and 123lbs (muscular build) and it was hard for me to feel comfortable with the length. Definitely for a size 2-4 maybe 5’3” and under. Perfect condition, will look great for a formal or dance.
