NWOT Ladies 1X white and blue summer dress

This is NWOT Ladies 1X super cute light weight summer dress. PTP Flat measure is 22 inches Waist is 19 inches flat There is stretch in this fabric. There are adjustable straps, a zipper in the back so easy to get into and the chest area is lined. I purchased this for myself and only tried on but it is too large unfortunately.
