NWOT Ladies Sleeveless Plus Size Striped Hi-Lo Black and White Blouse

Torrid Size 3 black and white striped blouse. Sleeveless with a hi-low hemline - back is quite a bit longer than the front for a fun flowy look. Could dress up or down with a skirt or leggings. No stretch, quite sheer. Button front. Cute statement piece that just didn't work for me. I removed the tags but only ever tried it on; never worn like-new condition. Smoke free, dog-friendly home.
