NWOT Ladies size Large Blue Blouse with embroidery and 3/4 sleeves

This is a NWOT ladies size large (it’s marked XL but it measures like a large and it’s too small in the bust for me)cotton/polyester blend button blue blouse. There is embroidery down the front and around the sleeves. Pleats on each side at the front add to the charm of this blouse. Perfect blouse for home or the office.
