@shoppinbyme2 I would think they would be okay. They are fairly firm so if you needed soft maybe not good, they have a nice arch. I have fallen arches so if they are too high or low I can’t wear them and I haven’t had any problems. I gifted my sister in law a pair too and she loves them. Not sure if that helps at all :)
