NWOT Londre 1813 Puff Shoulder Top in Matte Black

I tried this one on, thought I’d make it work, clipped the tags, and never wore it! Never washed or worn. 🖤 This item doesn’t have a size tag inside of it for some reason (most Londre pieces do, but perhaps this one doesn’t because it’s reversible?).
