This flowy, boho mini skirt by SHEIN features a ruffle skirt and a stretchy, faux tie waist. It sits high waist and flares out nicely. It is black with a floral print. Lightweight and perfect for spring and summer. Also pairs well with tights for cooler weather. Item is new without tags. SHEIN items do not come with tags but it is new and recently purchased. It will come in the original packaging. I bought it in two sizes and decided to keep the other size. I love it and find it very cute and flattering.
