This item is "new without tags". BRAND NEW. A minor area of the stitching (two strings) at the top back of the pants is loose (see photo for reference), nothing major and most definitely repairable! No defects to note (such as stains, tears, holes, stretches, odours or any fading colours). - Best fit for a size 3-4 but can also fit a size 5-6 (I tried them on), but fits like skinny jeans, in the bottom leg area and is stretchy, just not so much down there by the calfs/ankles. - Silver hardware. Has been hand washed 🧼🖐🏼 Smells luxurious!!! Materials consist of, 62% polyester, 35% viscose & also with 3% elastane. - Made in China 🇨🇳 All tags are attached. classy_posh These are really nice pants. I’m not familiar with the fit of Michael Kors. Could you either post the measurements or let me know? Do you know if MK fits similar banana republic?

cleopatra_vault Hello. Thank you! 🌹 I'm not certain with the fit of Michael Kors myself but I do own a pair of dress pants that are designed very different than these, as they all vary among one another. MK would feel of higher quality, I presume.

cleopatra_vault @classy_posh The fit of this particular pant has a thin fit in the leg area (not like skinny jeans but bare a slight resemblance - they were tighter on me due to my size being a 5-6) and not how Banana Republic would usually fit (most designs are baggier in leg room and I own quite a few from B.R.) depending on the type of style and classification it falls under! I will update the listing as soon as I can (I cannot add anymore photos as it has reached the max), I hope that helps in some way 🌿⭐

cleopatra_vault @classy_posh Hi there again, the measurements starting with the waist is 14.5" but stretches to 15.5", full hips are 18.5", top of the leg (under the hips) is 9.5" and the leg opening is around 5.5". I hope this helps! 😊

cleopatra_vault @classy_posh What I can confirm is that if you are a 3-4 it will definitely fit but with me being a 5-6, I fit in this too (somehow 😅) and it's just maybe meant for someone slightly skinnier but should fit even a 5-6 surprisingly! It's odd that when laid flat, where the seam to seam is, isn't as far as it goes... you'd have to see them to understand. What's the dress pant sizing were you hoping to be closest to?
