What is the stretch factor on this?
In size xl, but I think this cut would be forgiving of the size difference.

I wouldn't describe the fabric in itself as very stretchy. But since it's a wrap dress, you can play with the waist a bit!
I would say the maximum would be 18" (flat) for the waist, keeping in mind that it would open the cleavage area a bit.
