@luckystars177 if you measure around the hips with a tape measure it should be a bit larger of course but if you want it loose on the hips . If not it would be about 42” but tight

@wildrosecanada oh. Hip measurement is a bit different and lower down than waist measurement if you google images of it. I think that may have been the confusion…
