NWOT Monteau LA Mini Dress Fitted High Neck Floral Size 2X

Never worn, bought from Winners. Had removed tags as I intended to wear to a wedding before realizing it no longer fit. Does not fit true to size - was a little tight when I was a 1X so I feel it would fit an XL body quite well. Beautiful floral design, long invisible zipper in the back. Both the front and back are fitted with pleats to define figure and waist. Would consider this mini as it hits about mid thigh.
