NWOT Navy/White Woven Boucle Sheath Dress, size 2p. Comes with belt and has slit pockets! Skirt has a slit (still closed). Fully lined. Skirt is knee length or slightly above the knee. Some slight pulls (see pictures) on the skirt but nothing noticeable unless you look closely.
