NWOT New Look Ruched Mini Pencil Skirt

Cute little tube skirt with ruched sides and a tulip hem! This is just adorable and has been sitting in my closet untouched. Never worn, in perfect condition and no flaws. Fabric is soft, smooth and stretchy. UK size 6 = size XS, fits true to size. Measures approximately 17 inches long and 12.5 inches across the waist laying flat. Reasonable offers welcome!
