NWOT Nine West Knee High Black Platform Boots

Brand new Nine West black heeled boots with lace tie up near the top. Approx height of boot from heel bottom to the top is 24 inches. The shaft is approx 20 inches (bottom of heel to top). There is some very minor rubs and scratch but hardly noticeable. Sold As Is. Approx 4.5 inches heel with platform that gradually goes from 0.5 to 0.75 inch.
