NWOT - Ocean Blue Ruffled Tank

Beautiful top in ocean blue shades. The material is almost iridescent. It reminds me of ocean waves. The top is semi-sheer under the ruffles. It's in new condition, but doesn't have the tags attached. I only tried it on, and it didn't fit. It's a size 4x but would also fit a 3x.
