NWOT Off the shoulder Bohemian patterned mini flounce dress small

Brand new and never worn, this Bohemian dress is so flirty and cute for summer. The straps are adjustable and you can tie the pom-pom sash anyway you like. Made of rayon. Size small. For reference I am 5’4, 115 lbs, 32 DD All of my items come directly from the dry cleaner or freshly washed, and from a smoke free home.
