Brand new; does not come with tags, but never worn (purchased a few years ago and kept it in tissue wrapper the whole time) Paid US$148 + tax/duties + shipping Measurements: length 44-44.5”, waist 17” (laid flat, untied, from one side seam to the other) *the measurements are approximate; it’s hard to determine due to the flexible nature of wrap dress.
