NWOT Peacock Blue Ruffled 💙 Blouse

This is so gorgeous! I would love to put clothes on to show the beauty but with Covid I prefer to have you feel safe so the mannequin it is!! The blue is brilliant! Almost a teal blue with ruching detail. This was bought in Rome and the cut and style speaks Italian. All of my clothes are dry cleaned or Steamed before making its way to you. Thank you for looking 💗
