NWOT Polka dot asymmetrical mini skirt

Black and white ruched asymmetrical skirt. With flouncy ruffle at the bottom. Super cute for spring! Hidden zipper. Lined. Not stretchy, marked L but fits more like an M, I think. Measurements below. Never wore it and it did not fit me. Waist 14.5" Hip 18.5"
