lemongrassgoth @jjleenew try descriptors like colourblock, two-tone, frayed, fringe, raw hem, raw edge, bright, colourful, neon. Associated words like souvenir, exotic, ethnic, cultural, egyptian (?), etc. I'm not very knowledgable about styles but this definitely hits some sort of aesthetic. There are posh-oriented groups you could ask about that sorta thing 😀
