NWOT RICKI'S Leopard print stretch heavier material skirt Sz M This skirt has a denser material and weight to it, so it does not need a liner. Waist has a stretch band that is thick, about 2" wide on the inside (see pic). Bought during covid and was unable to try on. It did not fit and could not bring back. Never used. Fantastic stretch both vertical and horizontal - yet holds it shape really well. Colours are vibrant and bold, but classy. No need to iron - material keeps it shape. 66% rayon, 29% nylon, 5% spandex 15.5" wide at waist, 23" long 2208P5
