NWOT Ref Dress with flowers

Red summer dress with flowers, lined and has nice weight to it. Straps are adjustable. Throw on for an easy outfit. Cute with a jean jacket and white sneakers. Never worn! Approximate measurements laid flat - see photos. 33 length with straps approx half way up (straps are adjustable) 18 bust, waist and hips Fabric: polyester. Machine wash and dry. Bundle and save with other items in my closet!!
