Orange and blue Ripzone Tube Dress size L. Has a strap to tie around neck. Length is below knee. Pretty blue and white striped detail on skirt with orange floral pattern. Fabric is stretchy, dress is flattering and comfortable. Brand new and never worn! I bought it, removed the tags and put it in my closet, I just never reach for it.
