2/$30 🎉 NWOT SHEIN blouse with plaid tweed front panel and flounce sleeves

Never worn SHEIN blouse, perfect for work! It has a plaid front panel with raw edge. There is also a subtle lurex thread, adding a little sparkle. The sleeves have a pretty flounce to them. There is a pearl button closure on the back and the collar stands up. It is a 3X, fitting 16-18 US. The size dimensions are in the photos. Brand new, never worn but SHEIN clothing usually do not come with tags.
