doglover5500 I am saddened to inform you that as of 12/22/2021 I was informed by Poshmark Authentication Department that they received your coat on 12/17/2021 and that now another 10 days is needed to review this purchase due to COVID delays: this is unacceptable and I am cancelling this order! It is unacceptable that a coat I ordered on 12/9/21 has taken this long and I wanted it by Christmas! Please expect your coat to be returned to you by Poshmark in that it is still in their possession

doglover5500 I do believe the email read ‘ provide you with an update not the actual shipment!’ And again unacceptable- this should have been shipped by you at a minimum of no more than 48 hours from date of purchase so this delay is in you as well as Ooshmark! $900 is no little amount of money and the sheer piss poor customer service is why I cancelled this order

trendy_sl @doglover5500 I usually ship the next day. this time it got shipped 4 days after your order, because USPS man didn't show up on time to pick up the package. Then it took another 4 days to get to west coast, That's why you saw 17Dec delivered to poshmark. I understand you feel frustrated for not having your order ready by Christmas. It does happen to some people. Why not talk to poshmark to see if they can send to you by express shipping? I am willing to cover some of the shipping costs.

trendy_sl @doglover5500 you can click the tracking number to see the history. Although poshmark uses 2-day shipping label, it always takes more than 3 days from east to west coast. In your case 4 days which might be due to holiday season.

doglover5500 As I have informed you earlier, you need to get your coat back from Poshmark: I am not going to accept this purchase after 13 business days from receipt by the Authentication department on 12/17/2021! COVID delays, holiday issues or inclement weather are not my concern. I was again told the coat was due to be delivered on 1.3.2022 and then informed of another delay- if I ever receive this coat it will be immediately sent back to Poshmark

doglover5500 I did not think I was purchasing from a Max Mara outlet and secondly I am not paying $954 for ‘anything’ where the cut out tag is half glued and can be easily pulled off! Get real - I thought this was a MaxMara coat that was fin mint condition and is not

trendy_sl @doglover5500 Do you mean Intrend tag? It was securely attached to the coat when I shipped to poshmark. If it's half pulled probably poshmark did it for authentication purpose. You can ask them.

doglover5500 I mailed your coat back to Newark CA ( 2 Day USPS) I am no longer waiting for your address or decision from Poshmark! This is unacceptable that I informed you and Poshmark upon receipt of purchase 26 days after purchase that I am Not paying $954 for anything damaged regardless of who is at fault! Poshmark can send you back your merchandise upon receipt on Thursday

trendy_sl @doglover5500 Everything was honest described and pictured. Nobody is supposed to refund you for your own buyer remorse and lack of attention to reading descriptions. The item has been reviewed and authenticated. You accusation of 'faulty' is way more insulting and rude than you thought. Also you paid for 900 NOT 940. Good luck.

doglover5500 Uh they charges me $954 and let’s be clear: this is not Buyer’s Remorse! This was Buyer’s Nightnare ( 26 days to get a coat that I ordered onn12/9/2021 and received on 1/5/2022 with an unattached inside tag that still had glue sticking on it and I am supposed to be happy? Get over yourself! My credit card was charged immediately and I had not Christmas gift so please stop with your petty attempt to minimize my experience on Poshmark
