NWOT Sequins Sweater By QED London

Brand new, never worn. Without tags Blue and white striped sweater with sequins. It’s tight fitting, short, although I wouldn’t say it’s cropped. Please have a look at the measurements provided. Size: S - The tag says S/M, however to me this will not fit an M person. Please refer to measurements provided. It’s a beautiful sweater but never really fit me well.
