NWOT Shein off shoulder dress

Beautiful,flowy light blue dress. Puffed sleeves that sit just on the edge of your shoulders. Fitted bust with adjustable ruching in center for more lift 😉 . Zip at back. Please look at measurements I ordered an 0X but I am a large chested woman and it would not zip up. If you are a 38DD and over this will be very tight up top. There is no stretch to this material.
