NWOT Small (Oversized) Jean Top with 3/4 Sleeves

This beautiful denim look top is made by Chaps and fits beautifully. Although the top is labeled as a Small it is very oversized. This top can be dressed up or down and is enhanced by some silver jewelry, a v-neck, and ruched 3/4 length sleeves. The PTP IS 21” (M-L).
