NWOT Suncoo Paris blouse

Beautiful viscose blouse from Suncoo Paris. Size T1, which is a size small. Features balloon sleeve. Striped detail at top. White with lavender blue teal and gold. Pit to pit measurement is approximately 23 inches. Oversized small. I love it but a little too short for me so has not been worn.
