ngiff18 @sheen_k hi there! Pit to pit is 18.5". To be honest, I wear a size small as a true rashguard for water sports, etc., but I also have an XL long sleeve version that I wear as a loose version. So it really depends on how you want it to fit. True sizing fits close to the body, similar to a workout style top. Hope that helps!
