NWOT, Talula Primrose crisscross high waisted skirt, black, size XS

Size XS, stretchy non pulling fabric. High waisted but of course can always wear them lower if you want, crisscross front detail, measurements as per picture, no damage or stains. NWOT. Washed and stored, just never got the chance to wear it. Mid thigh length when worn high waisted on me 5’4”. Final sale :)
