NWOT - Tobi Strapless Peplum Top

Tobi cobalt blue strapless peplum blouse in a size medium. Lovely sweetheart neckline and gold zipper down the back. There’s ribbing along the upper half of the sides that helps the top keep its shape. New without tags and is in like-new condition. 100% polyester. I’ve included the third picture to show what it looks like on.
