hi there. I know the tag says 27" waist but wondering if it measures that exactly. I really like the skirt but worried it's too small

@beesome20 thanks for asking! I just went and measured. If I just measure side to side, straight across laying flat it’s exactly 13.5 inches. When I follow the waistline all the way around it’s a little over 29. I hope that helps :) Let me know if you’re interested and I can make a new listing then lower the price to $15 so you can save a bit on shipping.
