Elegant flare sleeve ruched surplice neck midi dress. Dress material is very light weight, very silky soft, and can be a bit shear in sunlight, as it is not lined. New, never worn. Size L Measurements laying flat: P2P: 19” Waist: 16” Dress is displayed on my wrought iron mannequin and doesn’t hang proper due to the iron bars, in addition to being a smaller size. Also, dress will be steam pressed before shipping. Please keep this in mind when looking at the true photos.
