NWOT Weissman ballet costume. Blue ombré tulle

NWOT Weissman dance costume. Purchased for a petit 13 year old, should have looked more closely at the Weissman size chart (see photo) as they size very differently than other costume suppliers. This is child XL and fits 16/18 per Weissman. I think adult small/med personally. Has a loose waist belt detail that I would remove. Very pretty, perfect condition, tulle needs steamed then it’s stage ready!
