NWOT Willowmore Asymmetrical Burgundy and White Striped Dress

Beautiful never worn size 4 Willowmore burgundy and white striped asymmetrical dress. One shoulder is sleeveless, one shoulder is cap sleeve. Right side of dress is ruched. Attached tie belt. Measures 40" from shoulder seam to bottom on left side, measures 30" on right side Measures from 27" to 33" around waist depending on how tight you tie it. Measures 36.5" around bust Machine wash and dry 100% polyester (no size or care label, but I bought it from the designer at a show) Lightweight and doesn't wrinkle.
