Hello, yes, on the last picture it's easier to see on a laptop, but there is an enclosed pull tie belt that you can adjust to your comfort tighter or less, then it ties in the front. There is another glimpse of it on the picture below the buttons in front as well, but not as clear. A nice soft feel to the fabric.
