NWOT XL Gorgeous Blue Summer Dress

Super cute summer dress. Top part is super stretchy material that feels like a soft tee-shirt, and bottom part feels like a blouse material with no stretch but it's flare. Super cute for summer. Selling because I do not want to bother returning it; top part is a little too big for my taste, I like it super tight at breast. The rest fitted fine on me and for reference, I'm 5'4, 172 pounds, 38DD bra size, 39 inches at waist and 44 inches at breast. Note that this is an XL dress on a S-M mannequin; top part will be more fitted on an XL body. 😉
