NWOT - XS WOMEN'S ADEIRLINA BLUE VELVET DRESS

Brand New without tags gorgeous Royal Blue Velvet XS evening gown. Has corset top with boning and high slit with a corset style lace up. Doesn't really have stretch so i dont think it would fit a size small. My mannequin is a size small and i cant do the dress up when its on the mannequin
