NWOT Yellow Polka Dot Dress

Bought this thinking I would alter it, but the shade of yellow doesn’t suit my skin tone. Also it would look fantastic on someone with a larger bust than mine. I am a 34B. Fully lined both upper and lower No stretch Tagged Medium but please see measurements. New without tags Bust: 44” Waist: 32” Length: 37”
