NWOT Zara Blue Ruched Minidress, size M

Brilliant turquoise blue minidress from Zara, new without tags, size Medium. I bought it thinking it would fit my daughter, but it doesn't, and of course, like all of my kids, she ripped the tags off before trying it on, so I couldn't return it. 100% polyester. This dress is really difficult to measure but I would say it definitely fits more like a small than a medium. Approximate measurements in photos. There is a bit of stretch because of the ruching, but not tons because there is no spandex.
