NWOT bcbg White Strapless Jacquard Dress 4

New without tags. Even though I have never worn this dress, it does have a small pull down the front - I think the belt got caught on it - please see last pic. It’s right below the waist line and is partially covered when the belt is done up. I love this dress so much, but have never had an occasion to wear it some hopefully someone else will!
