NWOT blue top 3/4 length sleeves with quilt patch on shoulders size 1X

This is a NWOT, blue, 3/4 length sleeve top with cool quilted shoulder patches and a shaped fit. The CA# suggests the brand is Reitmans or RW & Co. In excellent condition - I removed the tags, but never wore it as it doesn't fit. Any questions, please ask! 🙂🐾
